What is the Facilitation Package?
Would you like someone to take away the hassle of organising, designing and running a key business event so that you can concentrate on your day job?
The Facilitation Package has been created to maximise the benefits that participants will gain from attending your events.
I'll design your event to deliver the outcomes you want. I'll facilitate the session so that you can focus fully on contributing rather than be distracted by running the event.
I'll make sure the session runs smoothly and that everyone gets chance to be heard. I'll ask the dumb, difficult or challenging questions to get as an effective outcome as possible.
I'll capture the output and share it with the attendees afterwards and chase up progress on any agreed actions.
How does The Facilitation Package work?
The Facilitation Package includes the following:
A discovery call to understand the purpose of your event and the outcomes you want to achieve
Bespoke design, preparation, delivery and output capture of the session or sessions to deliver your specific outcomes
Follow up calls to check the progress of actions after the event
Travel costs up to 100 miles from Derby
Assistance with venue finding if required
The Facilitation Package can be delivered virtually using Zoom, face-to-face if safe to do so, or a mixture of both methods.
For virtual delivery, the package can be broken down into a number of two hour sessions to enhance the effectiveness.
