What is The Training Design Package?

The Training Design Package provides you with access to specialist training and development design support to help you maximise the benefits and deliver the required outcomes of your events.
I'll work with your business to design and develop events and supporting materials and then train your people to deliver the sessions.
How does The Training Design Package work?
The Training Design Package includes the following:
A requirements capture call to understand your business culture, the outcomes required from the training and to agree the desired format
Design and development of the training structure, content and associated materials (may include handouts, workbooks, slides, etc. depending on the agreed format)
A facilitator manual with delivery details on how to run the session
Training for your in-house delivery team
Travel costs up to 100 miles from Derby
Packages are available for events lasting from an hour up to several days - depending on your requirements.
