What are the Team Packages?
Are the teams in your business working as effectively as you'd like them to?
Do you want to improve the capability of your team leaders and team members?
The Team Packages are based around my Exceptional Team Blueprint™. This is a practical and pragmatic framework and approach to help you build high performing teams and develop highly effective team members and leaders.
They can be one-off events, or a short series of regular sessions to review and maintain progress and create real momentum.
How do The Team Packages work?
Team Packages include the following:
A discovery call to understand the purpose of your session and the outcomes you want to achieve from the package
Design, preparation, delivery and output capture of the session or sessions to deliver your specific outcomes
A copy of The Exceptional Team Blueprint™ Planner for each participant
Travel costs up to 100 miles from Derby
Each session is limited to a maximum of 16 participants to ensure the best possible level of participation, interaction and benefit.
The Team Packages can be delivered virtually using Zoom, face-to-face if safe to do so, or a mixture of both methods.
For virtual delivery, packages can be broken down into a number of two hour sessions to enhance their effectiveness.
There's the option for team members and leaders to take a psychometric profile and receive detailed feedback and also follow up sessions with individual coaching (at an additional cost).
