What is an outsourced Employee Development Director?

As your outsourced Employee Development Director I'll bring expertise in organisation and employee development to your business, but without the overhead of a permanent employee.
I'll build a long term relationship with your business, understand its context and become a valuable member of your senior team by providing direct support.
I'll bring best practice to the design and pragmatic implementation of development strategies, processes and solutions.
I can also work in partnership with your Human Resources (HR) professional or team to provide them with extra capacity and capability when they need it.
How does The Employee Development Director Package work?
The Employee Development Director Package provides you and your business with flexible support and access to specialist advice, guidance and expertise for a fixed monthly fee.
At the start of the package, I'll provide an initial 'Get to know you' session where I'll understand your business, meet your key people and understand your specific needs, wants and goals from our partnership.
I'll then provide monthly support, the focus of which will be agreed depending on what's important to you at the time. A number of areas could be worked on each month.
The Employee Development Director Package will be delivered using a mix of on-site and virtual support.
The standard package will consist of eight hours of support a month for three or six months (other options can be agreed).
