3. Managing time. Managing workload. Delegation skills.
4. Working and communication styles and preferences. Some short prework will be required.
5. Communication and engagement. Questioning and listening. Remote and hybrid leadership.
6. Giving feedback and managing challenging conversations.
7. Coaching skills and framework.
8. Managing performance. Personal development planning. Programme summary.
Each module will be three hours long.
Modules will be practical and interactive.
They can be held on Zoom or delivered face-to-face.
